Suzy&Darren - part deux

So I started blogging the second half and when picking out the photographs realised not only how in love with this wedding I am, but also, how many photos I want to share and that we don’t like over crowding the blog. So this is part deux soon to be followed by part trois! These photographs were taken near The Merchant and then we also went with Suzy&Darren to Botanic gardens…
It’s great being able to blog the day in the right order, the order that makes visual sense, but in fact the photos were all taken in a completely different logical sense…
One of many things that makes a Merchant wedding awesome, is the roof top terrace. Your guests get to hang out like celebs where a drink reception is served, whilst looking over Belfast. For us this means, beautiful naturally lit guest photos, we don’t have to avoid big orange hotel lighting :) What a treat…
So here it is, the second part of what is now a three part blog..

Darrens dad was loving the high life, he looked like someone from the mafia :)

We managed to grab little Maddie Moo (as I think she is known) for a quick photo. She is a wee doll, always smiling, well… unless her shoes are too tight.

Little Terri was such a wee cutie on the day, more than happy to stand and pose for me, and doesn’t she do it well… Beautiful!!

Ricky had so much fun with the boys, as usual. I think there were press ups and it was more like an assault course than a bridal shoot. I think you will all agree these are three pretty dapper men! They looked so smart on the big day, and I loved the little feathers button holes and floral ties…

The girls were a lot of fun to photograph, my job doesn’t get much easier when I am working with such a stunning lot of ladies.. swit swoo!! And when the pouts came out, the girls were on fire!! In their element!!

Off to Botanic Gardens in the Rolls Royce Phantom, where we discovered loads of flowers had came out in the glass house. They just happened to perfectly compliment Suzys colour scheme <3

Darren&Suzy, you are one of those couples that make the world melt! Ricky and I were just amazed at the genuine heartfelt speeches made on your day (these are on their way to the blog too). Your love for each other is so obvious, you will be holding hands when you are ninety! One of those wee old couples that we all look at and wish to be when we are older…
We honestly couldn’t have been more happy to have been present with your family and closest friends to witness this day with you…

Suzy you are absolutely stunning, not only that, but you are a kind hearted person with the best smile and laugh in the world.. You have been an absolute joy to work with throughout the process of your wedding. We can’t thank you enough for your willingness to trust our ideas for photos.
We promise to have the next wee blog up asap, it is pretty special as it is our first roof top sunset session with a couple :) x
