Dave&Lynne First Half

Dave and Lynne got married all the way back at the end of July, so yes this blog has been long awaited by lots of people. We are a little bit behind (ok a big bit behind, on our wedding blogs) but we want to keep our wee brides happy by getting their photos to them first and share them later…

What can I say about Lynnes and Daves wedding… hmm Lynne was a very excited bride from the word go and well before she was even with Dave she told us that she wanted us as her photographers for the day. This was a done deal, but then Lynne came to us and told us the date had changed from 2012 to only a couple of months away, and the same month as my big sister was getting married!! We had a little freak out thinking we wouldn’t be able to do the wedding, but I couldn’t let her down and the only reason the date was moved forward was so she could have her little brother with her on the big day… Dave pretty much lay around the house on the morning judging by the photos then in a mad rush decided it was time to marry his gorgeous bride, so he got ready and zoomed down the road ;)

Lynne and I chatted about all the plans of the wedding, and one thing was clear, she was a no fuss bride, the most important thing to her was just to be married and be with her family and friends. So she found the dress, venue, photographer and husband and was ready to go (pretty sure it was a lot more effort than that but trying to make her seem non fussy) haha ;)

You will see the dress and probably fall in love, the swooping back on it was beautiful and I didn’t think this would have been Lynnes choice but seeing it on her, it was stunning and I am sure she heard that word mentioned about 100 times that day. So here we have the long awaited first half… Enjoy x

One little mention has to go to Lynnes mum. She organised Lynnes dream wedding car, a vw camper van. This was Lynnes reaction, she was so no fuss she didn’t worry about wedding cars and her lovely mummy took this opportunity to do something really special for her only daughter… love this wee moment!! We all nearly cried!

Please come back and see the second half :) Follow us on Facebook for updates..
